Logging in if you use AOL.

Problem: Not able to login from AOL, even though my email and password is correct.

Answer: You must make sure that cookies are set to on and if possible, make the SDA domain a trusted site. AOL automatically sets cookies to off, so your login details are not passed through to the server, so it doesn't let you login.

Note: Cookies are tiny text files which hold the variables required to login, the system checks for the cookie, reads the data from the cookie which tells the system who you are.
