          | Refunds Refunds can only be given for cancellations prior to the closing date of the race, in most cases this is 7 days before the race and 14 days before the Championships. Transferring your entry to another Rider is strictly forbidden. If your entry is replaced by another rider from the Reserve List, before 18.00hours on the Thursday before the race, you will receive a refund, after that time there are strictly no refunds. Please Note: All refunds carry a £5 administration charge, it costs us to process your payment and to process your refund, so the administration charge is to cover this. Please note: It is up to the Rider to cancel the race not the system, in particular if a reserve rider is promoted and cannot make it they MUST advise via the cancel@sda-races.com otherwise all charges will still be payable.
