 The Chain Reaction Cycles Scottish Championships 2010
The Championships will be held at Dunkeld this year, the course is one of the most challenging in Scotland and will produce worthy champions.
Scottish Champs
The committee have agreed to introduce pre-entry for last Season's eligible Scottish Championships 1,2,3, similar to the Series rule brought in this year. Also, eligible riders who meet the SCU rules for the Scottish Championships, will be allowed to enter a week early or up to a maximum of 200, whichever is soonest, the remaining 100 entries will then be open.
SCU Rules...
(a) SCU/BCF members (members of clubs affiliated to the SCU)
(b) Scottish Nationals (persons born in Scotland)
(c) Scottish Residents (persons who have lived in Scotland for three of the last five years)
(d) Persons who have at least one parent who was born in Scotland.
Persons in sections (b), (c) and (d) must be members of the UCI recognized Cycling Federation of their country of residence.
There is now an official SCU Juvenile category.
